I know that there is usually one thats fem and ones thats butch but why two that are butch? Just wondering

I don't think all lesbian relationships break down into "fem and butch". Two "lipstick lesbians" can hook up as can two "butch" lesbians. It's all in what they find attractive- just like heterosexuals where the guy/girl might be athletic and like sports or be the artistic types with long hair and hippie dress...

I was a lesbian relatioship for 2/1/2 years and me and my ex looked very fem so that is just a streo-type.

You seem to be stereotyping just a bit. Two of my best friends are lovers, and they are very nice looking women. Most people do not know they are lesbians because they do not display their love in front of anyone except close friends. They are both very feminine and wonder friends.

I never see that. Most lesbian couples I see are very feminine - they don't have broad shoulders or short hair.
