I had one reoccuring dream for two decades which was so real and vivid that it wasn't until years later that I realized that none of the people or situations in that dream existed in my real life. It was a relief because there was always a lot of strife and tension in that dream, not very pleasant. So I was glad to realize at last that it was only a dream.

I have had a few of those; nightmares where every sensation was there. Every touch, every smell even the wind and or rain. But I know they were dreams "after" I woke up.

I hate the "senseless" dreams I have that come true. I am talking about dreaming I am doing a certain thing or in a particular situation that has no apparent consequence good or bad.., then actually have the event happen in real life after the fact. Like I said, these particular type of dreams are of no obvious consequences as in a warning as such, not life or death situations. Just simple and mundane.

I have also had a few dreams some could call prophetic, that remains to be seen but by glancing at the situation in the world especially the middle east, these type dreams I had appear to have merit.

The human brain/mind is an astounding instrument. Even if one does not have these extra special dreams - a vivid common dream in itself is amazing. Forget the Star Trek "Holodeck". The dream is as close to Holodeck Technology without the technology as one can get.

God indeed is a master craftsman!

I think we all go through situations in which we dream something and think that it really happened. If you can't figure it out for yourself then I suggest going to a Psychologist to help straiten our you thoughts. Good Luck and God Bless... Oh and this is the category for that question.
