Where can I get a free converter to put flash files on my Ipod Video?

I have a lot of flash files (swf files) on my computer. I have downloaded about 5 different converters in hopes of putting them on my IPod Video. None of them work. Does anyone know a FREE one that works really well?

Did you ever try Total Video Converter which is pretty good. However, it is 15 days free trial only.
