The booklet/catalog has pictures and a small caption. Its about 10 pages long. I need to send this to someone else, but they can only receive it in pdf. They need it for editing a proofing. Is there a way I can transfer my "works" document to adobe "pdf"?

you can find freeware and shareware programs to create PDF files (which is what you need).

Use Adobe Acrobat Reader unless the site suggests something else. www.adobe.com It's free. good luck :-)
