I only listen to bands from the 60s and 70s. No rap, hip-hop, nothing recent like that. I haven't met many people who really listens to what I like: The Doors, The Eagles, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles (of course), Neil Young, a bit of Bob Dylan, a bit of Earth, Wind and Fire, bands like that. Anybody share my music preferences?

I listen to the 60s and 70s quite often...and i'm only 26 years old, but that's what i grew up listening to was that kind of music...mostly the 70s though. I don't like hardly any of todays music, and i also enjoy the 80s as well.

And here I thought I was alone. Some of my favorites are Chicago, Blood, Sweat and Tears, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Eagles, Steve Miller Band, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, The Byrds, The Hollies, Bob Seger, Jefferson Airplane and many more. Oh and of course can't not mention Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin.

I like that type of music also. I tend to keep my outlook open towards all music. I never liked country before, but my outlook changed, and it's not that bad now. But I do like the 60's and 70's. But I cannot recall a song from Bruce Springsteen in the 70's. It seems like he was more 80's.

Absolutely. If you're a high school or college student who likes sixties and seventies music, you'll have a tough time finding people who share you music interests, but I promise they're out there.

Also, do you read dinosaur comics, or is the Utahraptor reference something else?

You must carry your own music with you, because I can't find a radio station in the Toledo area that just plays 60 & 70's music. I would love that

l do. Especially pop and R&B music. These decades really rocks. Produced timeless songs and music that are still able to be loved.

Sometimes when you listen to past music, you would appreciate the contemporary and the other music genre.
