Eucharist=part of the way Catholic believe that you get Jesus in you.
Communion is a way of Remembering what Jesus suffered for us to
save us from sin and go to heaven.Jesus told us to do when possible.
Luk 22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
1Co 11:26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.
1Co 11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
If you take the bread and are not saved you are guilty of the body and blood of Christ. You need to be Born Again before you take it in remembrance.
In Christ in Love,

Some churches refer to it in different ways. I think Eucharist is the more Catholic way of talking about it. We Lutherans use it sometimes I think.

we call it the Lords supper, ive never heard of Eucharist, must be a catholic thingy, its not in the bible. This is communion.
Matthew 26:27-29 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom."
1 Corinthians 11:24,25 and when He [Jesus] had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."

great question madhavi:) you recognize in spite of the undeniable fact that those words sound synonimous yet nevertheless there lies a "deep" distinction !! Happiness might nicely be got here upon of issues which won't additionally be valuable to our religious or psychological component like we'd pass out & have our popular dish & outfits and so on., we could sense happy. yet delight comes from a sort of achievent, if we get stable grades in analyze we could get a valuable feeling that asserts "complicated word paid off" now thats greater valuable isn't it ;p[ Now peace.... i think of it relies upon on what attitude we undertake towads the "activities" we do for "happiness" or the two "delight", peace honestly exist in our self, it merely must be got here upon by way of us. a individual of lack of information might sense peace jointly as a complicated worker ought to be strresed. that's even oposite to that . So peace desires to got here upon by way of us.
