I'm making a fried polenta with alfredo cheese, a cheesy ricotto for a side, but can't think of a simple dish to serve for a main course.

I'm considering some sort of tilapia dish, can anyone suggest a good pairing of wine also? Thanks

Any kind of grilled or rost meat will do. But as you are serving a lot of starch food, it would be nice to balance with a nice green mixed vegetable salad.

grilled chicken
grilled steak
grilled tuna or salmon
grilled pork tenderloin

another great side dish with your meal would be steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce or top your asparagus with Parmesan cheese and briefly microwave for 20 seconds. you could also steam the broccoli florets and top with a cheese sauce!
