Very intellegent question! Here are some suggestions:
FOR GIRLS:
Girls should always introduce their date to their parents.
Girls should stop dating a guy,who shows any type of abuse from the very beginning.
Be sure your daughter tells you where she's going, who she's with, and when will she be home.
Never let your daughter go out at night alone.
Girls should tell a potential boyfriend from the beginnig, that she will not tolerate disrespectfulness.
Give her a can of "Mace",to ward off anyone, who she fells uncomfortable around.
If she's old enough to go to a Night Club, then she should always go with more than one person, don't drink too much, and never leave with a stranger.
FOR BOYS:
Teach your son, that taking advantage of girls in anyway is cause for them to end up in jail.
If the girl says: "NO",then she means it.
Tell your son not to date girls who are "too young". Although she may look pretty, and have "experience",the Law sees "Statutory Rape".
Boys should be taught,at an early age,not to hit girls. They should be taught, that no matter how big or small he is,God gave "The Male" species the ability of physical strength, thus being able to hit a girl in such a way, that she will be hurt.
If a boy grows up watching his mother being abused, then he may think it's ok,to abuse his wife/girlfriend. He needs to be taught, that this woman in his life,is very special,or he would not have chosen her. He should protect her,not harm her.
I hope these suggestions help a little. Raising children to become respectable adults,is hard to do,simply because as adulthood approaches, they will start to make their decisions. We're all hoping that the choices they make are good ones! (Love: Squeakers)

By educating them. Talk to them, be a good role model for them.
Keep them away from people that are like this.
As for the girl vs guy question?
My belief is that, if a girl wants to go up against a guy, then they have accept the consequences. Just like another guy would have to do.
There are laws that can be used to help out, like sexual harassment, but the girls have to be abreast of these laws. Then they have to be courageous enough to use them.
Girls should be educated on how not to put themselves in situations where they might get hurt. A good martial arts course would be helpful. I would recommend American Kenpo Karate. This system teaches you to be aware of your surroundings and teaches techniques to deal with specific situations.
But you will never change the basic instincts of humans, males are just more aggressive than females, and now that girls are becoming sexually more aggressive, I predict that more innocent girls will suffer for the behavior of the sexually deviant ones.

Teach daughters self defense, many classes, not just one. Teach her not to put her self in positions that are dangerous, like being alone without a friend (with or without a guy, double date). Instill in her every day that she is worth someone great because she is great so that she doesn't hang around creeps.
Teach sons that they should wait for the right one. Explain masturbation and that it is ok. Moms don't be too controlling with the son. Moms don't bow down either, give the son chores and teach them how to respect women not see them as objects to fulfill their desire.

Let your children know that if they ever have any questions about their sexuality then they can come to you. Make your daughter be acountable for where she goes and what she does. If something does happen, dont judge. Give her strength by being strong for her.
Make sure there are men in your son's life that will set a good example. If the men surrounding him treat women like dirt then he will too. Teach your son constructive ways to express his anger, frustation, and sexual desire.

i really think the parents's value help. then even education plays an important role .& then thirdly open talk wid ur teens &pre-teens will help them in their &their wife's &many girls future.
parents should bring up their children wid values like opposing the injustice &standing up for their rights. this may also help as I FEEL.!!!!
