I've done this before.

Not intentionally. But then again, I don't make special allowances for people talking on cell phones in the lavatory. Any time someone talks on a cell phone in the bathroom where rude noises might be made, that is a risk the caller assumes.

Actually I've been fortunate enough to avoid that situation entirely. Most of the people I've come into contact with are at least a little bit poite.
But you can bet that if someone does start talking in the loo, I'm going to be LOUD!

If at all possible, yes. And don't suppress the audible passing of gas or a discgusting belch. That's what restrooms are for. They are not a phone booth!

No, I haven't done that. What I hate is when there's a line and a woman keeps occupying the stall just having a conversation, keeping all others waiting.

How are you to know that it isn't an emergency phone call, something really important maybe. Just be polite and get your business done like normal

I don't 'make more noise' but I do make sure she knows she's being overheard...like saying something off the wall to blow her sense of concentration - if she has any.

I never make noise when I go. Just good breeding I guess.

No. None of my business. Too many people today try to police the mundane habits of others. Can't we just get along?
