tis a good question
how many catholics actually realise that when they donate to their church on sunday they are paying to cover up pedophilia?
my guess is that some know and choose not to believe it (if they can't see it themselves it's not there)
it'd madness that they are allowed to get away with it considering all the evidence that goes back for centuries!!!
it's not people like me (and the people asking the questions) that give the catholic church a bad name. it's the church it's self in deciding that it will cover up their priests acts of depravity!!!

Both about the same as MacDonalds customers fund the IRA... I mean the political movement lead by Gerry Adams, that a few years ago denied any involvement, but now can claim the IRA has disbanded.

Child protection is vital in all organisations which have contact with children.
This includes Sunday schools.
I am a RC and my church follows child protection procedures. If they did not my children would NOT attend!!!
Paedophilia is unacceptable and as a parent its my job to protect MY children no one else can do it for me! Nor would I expect them to!
