My dad would never give me a chance to explain myself so I use to write him letters to get my point across! It really worked for me... hope it helps! Good Luck ; )

To get every ones attention and make them be quiet to hear your point say, "MOM,DAD I"M PREGNANT"..then they'll want to hear anything you have to say as long as you reassure them you are not and have no reason for them to worry about it..LOL
