There's this guy.... he's 1 year older than me and likes me. I don't know if I should go out with him because everybody's saying how "bad" he is beacause he does "wrong" things.
I just don't know what to do!

Well, everyone else is saying that he's bad. He probably is. Find another guy, there are plenty out there.

Screw the crapp out of this bad boy, it'll probably the best lay you'll ever have, sure he'll kill you mom and rape your dog or vice versa. But that is a great way of living your life, keep listening to everyone else.

I would just fallow your feelings if you like him then go for it. But if u don't like him then don't go out with him. It is all up to you it doesn't matter what other people think.

But I think you should give it atleast one try to SEE FOR YOURSELF whether he's a bad guy or not.

if he treats wrong to girls and that's why he's bad of course go out with him if you like him but if he's using drugs or something then don't....
