It's mine so I don't have a pic, (and Im not taking one) but it is the best! I have some in my fridge right now...
1 bag of the large, curly macaroni. Barilla makes a nice one... If you use the small macaroni, make 1 and 1/2 bags.
1/2 red onion chopped small
2 whole carrots chopped small
2 whole celery stalks chopped small
1/4 green or red pepper (whatever you like better?) chopped small
1 capfull of white vinegar (or whatever vinegar you have or like)
except for balsamic, it is too strong for this...
1 large can of water packed, white albacore tuna drained and seperated.
1/4 jar (large jar) of Hellmans mayo.
salt and pepper to taste.
Chop veg while the pasta is boiling. put into large bowl with the vinegar and the salt and pepper and tuna. allow to macerate for a few minutes.
when the pasta is done, drain well and run cold water over it until it is completely cool.
mix pasta into the veg and vinegar & tuna, salt and pepper to taste and add the mayo.
Refridgerate for at least 1 hour. take out and check the mayo. stirr. If it is not enough, add more, if it is too much... deal with it and be more carefull next time.
If you don't like the tuna. Omit it and follow all other steps and add some chopped kosher dill or sweet gherkin pickle instead. It is fab either way!
Serve with fresh tomato slices and some good bread. With the tuna, it is a meal in and of itself!

Here is the recipe I use, be sure and "click" on the website below for a picture of it.
"Awesome Ranch Ham Macaroni Salad"
2 cups cooked macaroni noodles, drained (cook the macaroni until al dente!)
1 cup frozen peas (can use more!)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, cut in cubes (or more if desired)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (or use finely chopped cheddar cubes)
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (OR Miracle Whip salad dressing is fine)
1 teaspoon prepared mustard or 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt or salt (or to taste)
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; mix to combine.
In a small bowl, combine relish, mayo, ranch salad dressing and mustard; mix well then add to macaroni mixture; toss to coat, then season with salt and pepper.
Add in chopped yum yum pickles if using; mix to combine. Refrigerate for 3 or more hours to blend flavors.
Delicious!

I make macaroni salad myself with no real recipe but---if ya want i can give u an idea, when i make it everyone raves, it is nothing special. Of course u boil ur macaroni, i like it to be really done. I add Kraft mayo, onions, celery, eggs, seasonings to taste, some Italian seasoning garlic salt, a little oregano, sweet relish, and the main thing i put in is celery seasoning. I also like to put in some green, red and yellow peppers for some color, but u have to have the green peppers at least. I just kinda go to the seasoning cabinet and have at it, i add to taste, no real measurements, have fun with it. hope this helps

MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. cubed American Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
1 lg. unpeeled red apple, diced
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Cook macaroni until desired doneness on package. Combine macaroni, cabbage, cheese, pickle, apple, salt and mayonnaise. Toss until well blended. Serve salad on crisp lettuce leaves. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
This is a good salad to make for those hot days of summer. The crispness of the cabbage and apple are truly refreshing.

I boil a pound of pasta. Then once cooked, drained and cooled I add about half of a bottle of Zesty Italian salad dressing and about 2 TBL of mayonaise. Then I finely chop up some different colored bell peppers, olives, cucumbers and, sometimes, pepperoni. Then I sprinkle some grated cheese and croutons on the top for an added crunch.

there ia a amish recipe at allrecipes.com- i believe it is rated 5 stars maybe 4 stars. it is very good. however, cut the mayo or miracle whip called for to 1/3 of the amount. then add back as you go. in my opinion the recipe calls for to much mayo but everybody is different. it turns out great. you can add different chopped vegetables as well but if you do then you might need to add a little bit more mayo and the spices called for.
allrecipes.com is the best recipe site. when you alter the serving sizes then it changes the amounts of the ingredients. i believe most recipes come with a picture.
enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Can't do the picture, I'm afraid, but a very simple and tasty cold salad: mix the cold cooked macaroni with mayonnaise, drained canned sweetcorn, and finely chopped spicy sausage; sprinkle a few relatively non-invasive herbs (parsley, chives) and there you have it.

A classic one is drained noodles of your choice (I like smal elbow macaroni). Mix with mayo, sweet pickle and dill pickle relish, sliced black olives, minced red onion, hard boiled eggs (chopped), mustard and salt & pepper. Good Luck!
