1 pound breakfast sausage
1 med onion cut
cook well and crumble sausage

add to
30 oz of shredded frozen hashbrown potatoes
8 oz sour cream
1 can crm chix soup /undiluted
2 cups shredded cheese

mix thouroghly

put in a large casserole dish

sprinkle top with 1 cup shredded cheese
bake @ 350 for 50-60 min till chz is bubbly and top is golden

add some dry bread crumbs / dressing to the top for the last 10 min of cooking if you want.

* my family likes me to use hot sausage and then add additional hot peppers.

Go to chefs.com They have the most extensive free recipe collection I've found. Used many of them. But it sounds similar to a casserole dish I made a few times. Pan fry some diced potato's or use a deep fryer if you have one. Then fry your sausage ,bacon or ham and set aside. Spray a baking dish with a vegetable oil spray then add your potato's cover with your meat, whip your eggs with some cream or milk and pour over it, now add the cheese that you prefer and bake in an oven set at 350* until the eggs are hard set or a tooth pick comes out clean. Serve while still warm

A Texas Breakfast Casserole

1 cup Crescent rolls
1 lb Sausage, cooked and drained
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 lb Monterey jack cheese, grated
6 x Eggs, beaten
1 cup Cream of onion soup

Method :
Line a 13x9 inch Pyrex dish with rolls, sealing perforations. Cover with sausage, mushrooms and half the cheese. Mix eggs with soup and pour over casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Note: For variation, you can use cooked, crumbled bacon or bite-sized pieces of ham instead of sausage.

spread sausage gravy over crust as you would a regular pizza sauce some sausage gravy will already have chunks of sausage,,, if not you can brown 1 pound bulk sausage and drain grease,,, sprinke sausage over top of sausage gravy on crust,, add hash browns ,, scramled eggs,,, diced green peppers and diced onion,,top with shredded cheddar cheese,,, If is a Bobboli pre baked crust bake for 10 to 12 minutes,,,, If not baked 18 to 20 minutes,,, when done slice as you would other pizza,,, Is most delicious,,, nothing better,,

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
2 tbsp. white wine
1/8 tsp. marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. minced parsley
3 to 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. link sausage
3 med. potatoes, cubed
1 doz. hard boiled eggs, quartered
1 lb. mushrooms, quartered and cooked
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar in 1/2 inch cubes
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In pan, cook butter and flour until bubbly. Beat in milk and cook until thick. Stir in wine, marjoram, salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire. Remove from heat. Cut sausage into large pieces and brown. Distribute sausage, potatoes, eggs, mushrooms, and cheese cubes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sauce. Combine bread crumbs, with grated cheese and top casserole with this. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Can be made the day before, cover and refrigerate.

"Camper's Breakfast Hash" - 8 servings

1/4 cup butter; cubed
2 (20 oz.) pkgs refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes

Push potato mixture to the sides of pan. Pour eggs into center of pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat; stir eggs into potato mixture. Top with cheese; cover and cook 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.


"Italian Seasoned Egg and Sausage Casserole" - 10 servings

1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Regular Roll Sausage; cooked, crumbled and drained
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (7 oz.) can Italian-Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
1 1/2 cup diced cooked potato
3/4 cup red bell pepper; diced
8 whole eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350*. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Place tomato, potato, sausage and red pepper into pan; cook 3 minutes. Mix eggs and milk very well in bowl; add salt and pepper.
Add 2 tbsp. butter to pan; add egg mixture and scramble for 1 minute. Use the remaining 1 tbsp. butter to grease the bottom and sides of baking dish, 9x13". Pour egg mixture into baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.

My dad makes this breakfast pie thing. You have home make pie crust and then fill it with eggs sausage and cheese and what ever else. and then you just make it like a pie!

It's called a tortilla in Spain. Just mix all those ingredients with several eggs and fry in a frying pan until puffy and golden brown.
