Act like a gentleman and don't push anything. Talk gently and see what happens. if she shows any interest ,then give her your phone number.

Hello Chris, A young lady likes a gent that takes care of themself. I am sorry baby,,,,,,, but it is like this, shower, shave, put on deoderant, do not put on Sundays best (that will be over doing it) but dress up a little (no t-shirts, no jeans please), just a tad of cologne around or near the collar and some shoes. When she is sitting eating in the mall,,,,,,, go up to her and ask her,,,,, Excuse me Miss; But is this seat taken (smile) or may i join you?" Or if she is a waitress then sit in an area which she is waitressing (waitresses have got different sections in a restaurant) and when she comes put in a small order, and when she comes back to see how you are doing just say to her,,,,,,, "well i dont know ,,,,,, i think i would be much better if i could have dinner with you some evening?" You want two things to make a good first impression:confidence and humor.
Confidence is going to be shown first by even approaching her or talking to her. Easy enough. You need to look good and have confidence in yourself too. If you know that you can get her and she is excited about you talking to her, then she will know you are confident. Don't be too cocky or anything, that will be a turn off. But know you are good without saying it.
Second, make her laugh. Kind of tease her or say something funny without being too corny, because that would just be lame. If she is laughing, she is enjoying being around you.
This is the best case scenerio for your first impression. Now make sure to seal the deal by getting a phone number before you leave, or else it's just been a waste of time!

Good piece of info. Take her to a restaurant. Treat the waiter the best way you can. Of course you have to appreciate the waiter as well. I am not saying you need to cheat your way in. You have to respect the waiter. In this case though, you could go an extra mile doing that.. maybe an extra bit of tip. Gandhi once said - if you really wanna know how good a man is - check out how he respects people of lower stature.

Try going and buying one, sensual flower. (Pay close attention to the colors she seems to favor. You can do that by paying attention to her clothes).
When you see her eating alone, approach her with the flower and lay it on her table slowly, and say: Finally, I have helped this flower find the rest of it' s beauty to make it complete!
Hopeully she will smile!! IF you get the smile, and don't feel your getting the brush off, ask if she'd mind if you joined her at her table.
Be prepared to hearing she best not, because she's taken.

Be a very polite and not pushy. Men can be so vulgar and rude these days that we keep track of the people that are nice to us. Say something interesting, but not corny that she can remember you by or think about later and smile.

Be secure with yourself and do not fear failure. Her turning you down is not a loss. Focus on trying to learn something about her and not her reaction. When we focus on results we stress too much and do not show our true colors. If you focus on getting to know her and learning about her, you will never lose and she will see your real side. Just be yourself. Don't try to put on some image that isn't really you. If she likes what she sees, she'll go for you. If she doesn't, then wait for someone who does. Believe me, the wait is worth it for someone who's really into you.
