It took me three time to dowload IE7 successfully and I was so frustrated with the new and confusing look that I ran a System Restore and went back to IE6. But I think that you can find favorites at the star (upper left).

well, next to the tabs, there's a star (without a +)
that's the favorites tab. click it. select the favorites button, to the left of the feeds button
i'm not sure, but i think when u install ie7, ur original favorites r deleted. unless u saved them on outlook or another browser, there's not much u can do. uninstalling won't help

click orange star icon on left end of your tool bar.Then click again orange star icon!As long you ever ad to it it still there.
