Baking Soda? What sort of body odor are you referring to? Usually, plain old bar soap and water works. Liquid antibacterial soap does a great job also.
If you are speaking of some sort of intense, offensive, not responsive to soap and water type of body odor, then I would suggest Massengil.
I used this on my dog when he was sprayed by a skunk. I didn't want to use tomato juice as it is way too messy.
I would suggest though, that if this body odor is yours, and is of the highly offensive, hard to get rid of type; you may be deficient in Zinc, which would cause you to have this kind of body odor.
If this is the case, then 20 mg. of Zinc, twice a day should do it.
If you choose not to go this route, I would suggest seeing a Homeopath, or when all else fails (usually, Homeopaths don't fail), see an MD.
Good luck to you.

You don't have to, but yes, a warm bath with 1 cup of baking soda added to it will help cut down on body odor. You can use more baking soda as a body scrub as well.

In my experience, soap and water works fine. Bathing once a day seems to work best, don't you think?

Try a good deodorant/anti-persperant.

If you are still having issues, after bathing and using deodorant, a trip to the Doctor is in order...no one should stink so much that they ave to bathe in baking soda...that is not normal and could signify an underlying medical condition.
