Does beef stroganoff freeze well with sour cream in it? What about the pasta? Any tips/tricks?

As well as any other prepared foods. The best tips are to be sure that it is airtight. Any air that can get inside it will accumulate as frost. This will freezer burn the food. When it is removed it will turn to water. Taste and nutrition will be sacrificed the longer it is in the freezer. If you do freeze it, date it. Since it has a large amount of dairy, I would suggest to not keep it longer than 3 months. I have froozen many casseroles etc and they do fine as long as you make them air tight and use them fairly quickly.
Enjoy...it sounds like a great meal.

It's probably better to make the sauces fresh.
