Some other program is not completely shutting down. Your system just got too lagged from a lot of memory being used at once. Restart, and you might need to turn off some startup/background programs.

Restart your PC .After that better do the disk clean up and do
defragment ur pc to have the better performance.

press f5.. but if it doesn't work, you must restart y0ur pc.:)
