67 degrees would be considered "cool", but no, it's not cold. If you were going out in 67 degree weather, you might want to take a light jacket with you, just in case. Better safe, than sorry.

im cold at 75 degrees, so to me 67 is very cold. so 32 is freezing... brrrrr if you are like me and you get cold easily, be prepare and bring a good sweater.

67 is nice weather but usualy has a windchill with it that kinda makes it feel like 50(which is nuf to harden your nipples)

It depends on where you live. If you live in a desert, than yeah, you will be freezing your *** off. If you live in a place where you see snow a lot, than no, you are gonna be in a pretty comfortable temperature.
