Control issues for some, if its an adult to child -learning social skills I would hope

because they have a dominant personality and they get off on telling people what to do or forcing them to obey, it is an insecurity they have of some sort that when they boss others around they feel powerful

Because they are of a weak character, they have no self respect and somewhere in time someone has destroyed their self worth. They have learnt from that person who bullied them, that bullying people makes them 'feel' better and bigger than the person they are forcing to do something against their will. The only way to get a person to stop forcing you to do something you don't want to do is stand up to them and when they see you can't be forced to bow to them, they will leave you alone and find another weak character to bully! Be strong! Stand up for yourself and above all.....TELL SOMEONE...Silence is the bullys only defence and when they realize that you are making other aware of their behavior....they will run like a scared rabbit!

Nothing wrong in that as some people are passive and others active, just imagine a world with one type and the result would be chaos
