This is really a question you should be asking your doctor or a physical therapist. We don't know the extent of your injury or what kind of pain you may suffer from. My fear is that we assume you're fairly back to normal and we suggest something your back just can't handle at the moment.

Get a tennis ball and sqeeze often this will sort your arms out, a very light bungee strap for your legs put on your ankles open and close you legs will sort out your thighs and small wieghts for shoulder exercises, like the dumb bells
