but im very busy going uni and have no money to start spendin in the gym.so im taking 1200 cal a day and i walking 30 mins 3 times a week...is this ok/
I DNT WANT TO go gym or do running or anythin [ i have my reasons for not running not cos im a lazy s***t

Keep off junk food and fry ups , if feeling peckish get fruit or carrots in , plenty of veg abked potatoes, do not pig it

If you have a bike, use it as well. Walking on slopes burns more calories than walking on plane streets. Try to increase you walks to 45 mins when you start seeing results. All of that will help you lose weight. Slowly but surely. I'm trying to lose weight myself. I do a four mile walk at least two to four times a week and play raquetball and I watch what I eat. I'm slowly seeing results and I haven't slept so well in a long time. Good Luck.

just keep a check on your diet..try to stay on liquid stuff and little bit aerobics will do for you....may be you dont lose weight immidiately...but your body will get tonned up for sure
