the kids are usually bratty because the parents are too dumb to see it and too lazy to discipline them. I see it daily where i work. (pediatric office)

My vote would be for the dumb parents. Most times if the parents had laid down some rules and made the child follow them from the beginning, there would be no bratty child.

the parents, cuz if they were smart enough to know when and how to disipline their kids, the kids wouldnt be bratty. however, sometimes the kids are bratty anyway, and thats when i dont like them.

The stupid parents... I blame the bratty kids on them! If you teach your kids discipline they usually don't act like that.

dumb parents they are always the cause if u start teaching them disipline young they will grow up to behave better and plus depending on the age all kids are brates at some point
