There's two issues here.

1) If you like him, there's no reason you can't ask him out. Sure he might say no, but that's the same risk any guy faces when asking a girl out.

2) If you're not allowed to date, you're going to have to either do it behind your parents' back, or come up with a compromise with them that they can agree to. For example, will they allow you to go to movies with a group of friends? Be honest with your parents and they will appreciate your maturity and be more likely to help you come up with something that works for all of you.

Dear in love; make sure your family does not find out since ur not allow to have b/f .I think a lady should not ask a men out they get to high on a horse and use the lady for fun. better to be introduce by a Friend and take it from their make sure he has no girl and if u do go out on a date don't give in so fast and if u date more then once would u change towards your family be good good luck god bless

Just be upfront with him and ask if he'd like to go out to dinner or to the movies sometime.

The "no dating" rule is going to be a problem - doncha think?

Talk to him - or his friends and see if he is interested in you.
