There are a few things you can try, your best bet is to use make up remover on a cotton ball and rub off the color, if the color is still there try a little nail polish remover with a q-tip, make sure to wipe your face with a clean with a wash cloth after you use the remover,It can really irritate your skin if you leave it.
FYI- before you color your hair next time, take a little Vaseline or baby oil and apply it to your forehead and ears and that will keep the color from staining your skin. I hope that helps.

Hydrogen peroxide should remove the stains. Soak a cotton ball in it and rub well. May take a few applications to remove the stain completely.

I paintings in a salon and at the same time as stains happen we in basic terms positioned a touch dab of hand sanitizer on a towel and gently scrub with that. this is going to eliminate stains from pores and skin besides as surfaces. it's going to be plenty safer on your pores and skin than bleach!!
