A Smoothie! It is quick and easy and tastes good and is good for you!
1 banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, blueberries or any fruit you like.
1/2 cup fruit flavored yogurt
Mix in blender and drink. Frozen fruit makes it cold and good!
