Have you looked in the phone book? There is usually a clinic or vet that is on call. Call every vet in the book and clinic in the book. Then listen to the phone message to see if there is an emergency number to call. I bet you will find one.
It sounds like your cat has been poisoned. It needs professional help.

If you can identify ANYTHING the cat might have ingested that could be poisonous your cat could die before vets open on Monday.

If you can absolutely rule out poisoning it is best to let kitty rest today. Do not give food, just water. If it is a mild intestinal upset the fasting will give a rest to the digestive system. If vomiting continues and the cat is still not moving a vet trip Monday morning is definitely in order.

There WILL almost certainly be a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital open today within driving distance of your house. Another option would be to see if you can have your vet paged on his/her beeper.
To look for a place Google on the words "emergency veterinary hospital (or clinic)" and a city or larger town near you.

There should be a 24 hour emergency vet in your area. If not, call all of your local vets until you find one who will meet you at their office. Your cat sounds very ill and may die if you don't get her in to see someone before tomorrow.

Is it possible that he may have eaten a skink? I live in Florida, and skinks are common here. If your cat tried to eat one, it is poisonous. My cat did that. We got him to the vet and they put him on medication right away. You need to find a vet as soon as possible. He may have got into some insecticides or rat poison. I would call your local vet and get the answering service to have him call you back. Good Luck with that. I hope your cat gets better soon.
