now people we are only friends, i am happily married. she's been there for me through difficult times. anyhow she is beautiful, tall and a great friend and mom and i am sure she would make a great wife some day for the right guy, but this jerk a fat one at that keep playing her. she really would like to move on because he treats her like a doormat but when she tries he calls her until she answers the phone. the bastard know how to manipulate her, and she gives into him every time. he like me suffers from depression but there is no excuse to treat my best friend like **** and go back and forth between his ex girl friend and her. he also call other women and lie about it. she have found pictures of his neighbor in her underpants on his camera, she caught him twice with his ex and her son told her he's been seen creeping on her. how in the hell can i help her. she cannot leave him. he really put a spell on her. she is too good and too pretty to allow that treatment. what to do

I have am in a situation like that now with a friend and honestly you have to take a back seat. I know that you really care about her as a friend however, she is a adult and she is going to do what she wants anyway. Just comfort her in her time of need and hopefully soon she will see the light. Sometimes you have to just find out on your own. Eventually she will get enough

Until she feels she deserves better, she might meet another fat jerk. Try to get her to name three great things a day she likes about herself. This is strange at first, because we usually don't treat ourselves so well. After awhile, she will love herself enough to not let anyone walk all over her. She evidently thinks he is great in bed. Solution, introduce her slowly, into a really great relationship. Possibly find someone you think will be a great match for her and start having social gatherings that will put them together. Eventually she will see what she has and what she could have.

Some times we just have to learn thing the hard way, and I think your friend is in that place. She may be very insecure about men and feel that she has to put up with what she has. Maybe ask her what she would do for you if it was you that was going out with this man. And her answer is what you can do. It is funny that we will not want our best friends to have to go thru what we seemingly will do. best of luck with it is a real problem
