The world gave the North Korea problem to the UN so my opinion is let the UN handle it in their usual inapt manner. After the UN fails - the world will scream for the US to fix it or at least give billions more in food aid to North Korea.
In the months to come , the bleeding hearts of the world will be jumping on the "feed the starving in North Korea that are dying due to UN sanctions" wagon. What those bleeding hearts forget, ignore or just plain don't care about is that North Korea has been starving its people for years while its leader buys anything he desires with the tons of world aid pouring into his country for food and medical supplies. The bleeding hearts will be able to show pictures of dying children and the elderly - North Korea's leader will make sure that information gets out.
While he sits in his plush home, dining and enjoying his 10,000 bottle wine cellar - that makes him happy. But lets keep giving him money one day he may see the light and give his people something.
You can give a dictator all the aid he requests for the starving - you can't make him feed his people. DAH

Hopefully North Korea will get over itself. We have been willing all along to talk with them in the 6 party talks. It was Carter and Clinton that made that NK nut think it was standard practice to bilk the Americans. President Bush has put an end to it. I'm glad he did.

America won't have any reprocussions from NK. They are letting asia take the lead. I saw clips where you can see money change hands on food that was donated by UN.
Until a free market or something at least like china happens there NK will be a threat to the region.
I keep thinking that kimmy wants to take a bold move near the end of his life, to cause chaos.
For he seems to be building military very much but not feed his own poor.
Makes one wonder since he is a little nuts.

n. Korea is going to have trouble with Iran as both are competing for the terrorist market in nukes

why should we the didnt attack any1 we need to worry about our selves and thats it if we go after them to it will be the same mistake hitler made splitting up our troops and fronts causing a defeat to the us
