eat protein (meats, eggs etc.) and do muscle training by lifting heavy weights. (so that 10 reps is your max point).

GET SWOLE!!!! hit up the gym. lift heavy. start out light though. but then end up doing low reps with heavy weights. the bench press is my favorite. lift whatever u can only do 10-15 reps of. then do 3 sets of 10 on the flat bench, incline bench, and decline bench if u really want to. make sure u have a spotter. do squats too. work out everything. u want to be proportionate.

do more areobic or anareobic exericises. weight lifting...
