I made a 58 in one of my classes on my last report card. What do I need to make on this coming one in order to pass for the semester?

A 70 is the lowest D where I live.

if you failed all of your courses for the whole semester and have this last report card to make it up you would most likely have to make either 95 or above just to pass with a 70. You can always go to your teachers and talk with them, as painful as that may seem. They can give you a better idea and might even be willing to help with extra credit since you came to them for help. Had the same problem with my english lit course senior year beause I was just so bored I skipped. Went and talked with the teacher and the counselor and found out that I could test out of the class.Some schools even offer classes you can take by exam, where they send you a packet to study and then you go to your counselor and take the test and as long as you score higher than an 85 or so you pass the course. I would look into it.

it depends...if you can get a D-(60) and pass then you need to get a 62..but aim higher just in case.....
