She has a lust for life, is driven by her hunger for knowledge, wants to have as many hands on experiences as she can before she transcends from this life. It was not the first, nor the last time he wasn't stopped before he could pull the trigger. It just didn't seem worth stopping him. Besides, all those orphans had it comming in the end.

or better yet

He ducked under the tree and pulled the jacket over his head. If all went according to plan, God would give up looking for him, and go back to knitting clouds.

If you were writing a book about me, I'd want it to say what kind of a person I was, what I did in life, mention my child and tell my genealogy.

I wouldn't want you to say anything about me, because you don't know me. But assuming we were friends or neighbors and you were totally and completely bent on this hare-brained idea of yours, I would want you to say that I am one of the best friends a person can have, which is pretty much true. I would also want you to say that I am absolutely, 100% myself at all times.

I practiced walking hand-in-hand with my Creator and placed every effort towards becoming selfless in order to discover the true me.

In the end, I uncovered the priceless value of love thy neighbor as you would yourself.

That it is better to forgive than to be forgiven.

To bring light to where there is darkness.

To love, than to be loved.

To understand, than to be understood.

In the final analysis, I found that it is by self-forgetting that I find.

What I found is my likeness to God and to others.

That when I am true to myself, then I am true to others around me.

Freedom from the bondage of self.

well, we liked to pull practical jokes (in good taste of course) on each other, the kids were always innocent and good (hey, 6 kids vs 2 parents you do the math) and the holidays were the best
