Now days it is perfectly okay to tell a guy how you feel, just don't sound desperate. Be confident and go up to him. Ask him if he wants to go for a walk with you or something. Just be yourself, obviously you will get to talk while walking. I'm not sure how old you are, but if you're older you can ask him out for coffee or dinner.
I don't believe in playing little flirty games. If he says no to all, it'll be his loss and your gain, because unless he has a girlfriend, I don't see why not; then you'll know he's a jerk and why would you like someone like that.

Easy enough. Flirt with him. Maybe he likes you too, but he might not say anything unless you at least give him the idea that you might like him too. For starters, talk to him. Try and make him laugh. It's always best to be friends with someone you date, so try to get to know him. Best of luck to you.

Talk to him.... find out about him and be interested in him. Then let things flow naturally. If you have enough things in common, he may become interested.If not, you have enriched his life and your own just by being a friend.

Just go up to him while he is like doing something and like he looks like he needs help...offer some help...later on introduce your self..and then become friends...then you can tell him you like him. Then later maybe he will like you back just as much.
