wake up!!! if they were deported then they were not a citizen!!!!! you should have caught the bus with them!!!!!!

I presume you mean that the immigrant has been deported, but wants to return based on a petitionable relationship to an American citizen.

If that's the case, the answer is no, unless the relationship predates the immigration violation that caused the deportation AND the American can prove extreme hardship if the immigrant visa is not issued.

No No No, if he or she has been deported there has been a federal crime or felony depending on circumstances.
