I actually have the turkey legs out for dinner tonight, so if someone could please answer before 2 PM on October 22nd. Thank you very much.

20 minutes per pound at 425*.....a trick, when poked with the tines of a fort the juices are golden or clear when the turkey leg is done. If the juices are even a little pink they are not done yet.

It's going to take about 90 minutes at 375. In the meantime, perhaps you can eat a snack while you wait. Make sure you put some celery in with and make gravy too.

In a 375 degree oven I would bake them for about an hour...check internal temperature...it should be 165 degrees to kill bacteria..

oven @350 2hrs meat is very thick . what time should I arrive with dessert.
