Seems odd and highly suspicious to me, too. I've never heard that before. I've never known my fellow Christians to glorify alcohol. They're not supposed to. Alcohol destroys the mind and the body; therefore, we're not to partake of it.

Only God is to be glorified through His Son, Jesus.

My Spirit of choice is the Holy Spirit.

Alcohol isn't good nor bad. There are some pros and cons to drinking. It really doesn't matter what Christians think about it. You have your own brain and you can decide whether you want to drink it and how much of it to drink.

No one should "glorify" alcohol. That being said, there is nothing wrong with responsible drinking - and the "Christians" that think Jesus didn't like his wine are silly. (No, it was NOT grape juice.)

Jesus drank cheap wine, as did Moses, Noah, Solomon, John, Peter, Paul, and all of the prophets. The Pope drinks it several times each day. Not a question of drinking, its a question of being drunk.

If you are referring to the wine, it's what the wine represents, that we glorify (Jesus' blood) not the alcohol.

No. Christians should only bring glory to God.
