You need to know his home base. Then call the base locator for his unit. They can tell you.

One of the tasks assigned to the American Red Cross is the duty of assisting people in locating specific military personnel. They have access to the Military Alpha List in which all military personnel are listed. While there are other ways, this is the official and quickest way.

It depends, most people in korea, if you know the branch they are in and the name of their base it will usually be like this:
firstname.lastname@basename.branchname.mil
So, if John Doe is in the Air Force at Osan AB it will be:
john.doe@osan.af.mil
Or Army, station at Camp Humphreys:
john.doe@humphreys.army.mil
