If you have friends in the medical field you can use some of their equipment to get drunk fast. I have seen at parties, people starting IV's (inter-venous routes) in the veins of party goers. This is similar to going to the ER and the hospital staff placing a catheter in your forearm to use as a direct route for medicine. Once this is put in by a qualified medical person, the liquor is placed in a syringe and "shot" directly in the catheter and into the viens. This allow the alcohol direct access into the blood stream. This is extremly risky and can even cause death if misused. I would never do this myself because of the possible consequences, but this is the quickest way to get drunk.

The quickest way I know is to pierce a hole in the bottom of a beer can and then while its still upside down hold the can over your mouth and then open the can normally you can drink the whole beer in literally seconds - do this a couple of cans and your sure to get drunk really quickly (assuming you keep the beer down as thats a really quick way of drinking it)

go to a lab and get a college student to make pure alchol
or
take a pot
fill it with vodka
put a large funnel over it(to cover pot)
set on med(between150-210 degrees farenhiet.)
inhale the fumes that come out of the funnel.
this works because at that temp,only the alchol in the vodka evaporates so you inhale pure alchohol.
guarranteed to get you to pass out in 4 min.
