Well, this could be alot of things.If they are really itchy you may have a skin condition known as exzema.
But then again this condition might be an alergic reaction to something that you have eaten or put on your skin recently.
My advice is to see a dermatologist as quickly as possible though, to be sure that you don't have a rare form of skin cancer known as prognityosunum G.

Because it's on your hands and feet,it sounds systemic. could be arthritis of some kind..... Go to your doctor and don't wait..in case it's something that could damage your joints
