ever since i upgraded to high speed internet i cannot retrieve my e-mails on occasion when i do after i read one they all automatically delete.i have been on the phone with tech support for many hours with still no results i am extremely upset!!!!!

You need to re-configure your email client - are you using outlook express? If yes, delete all the existing accounts and set up the new accounts again.
Depending on who is your email provider, you may or may not be able to recover your mails online. It is possible in gmail.

you need to provide further details.
what kind of e-mail you've got?
free - web based (gmail / hotmail / yahoo).
or you got an isp provided e-mail ?
and how do you view them :
using outlook using imap/pop3?
if u do, check if u can view your e-mail using a web based interface provided by the e-mail provider - then see if u can see them there.

i know this isn't the answer u want to hear but if i were you i would change my email address. it sounds as if the file has been corrupted. just open a new email account with hotmail.com, or yahoo.com or google.com (they are all free of charge).
