I use to work on both Satudays and Sundays. I really did not like working on Sundays. But some people have to and I salute Sunday workers!

Why not.
Is it reserved for rest?
The real rest is Change work in which you have interest and talent.
Is it for prayer?
The prayer (peaceful state of mind) has to be in our life every day, every hour and every minute.
