I think the same guy likes me again..HELP ME!!!!?

Question

This kid who asked me out about 2 years, I turned him down, and I think he likes me again. Because at recess, I play football with him and his friends and with my friends, and it's tackle, so if I have the ball, he'll always come and tackle me, BUT. He would still tackle me after like 15 seconds after I throw the ball. And I am like the only one he tackles, and everyone says he likes me, does he like me? And what should I do? =((
