The frizzies Dry hair sops up the moisture and can cause frizzies. Here are some tips to fix them:
1. Keep hair moisturized with a deep conditioning once a week.
2. Let washed hair air dry. Blowdrying only causes more frizz.
3. To tame frizzies, you'll need the right products. Invest in a straightening balm, shine serum and gel to keep hair moisturized.
4. Hide the frizz with a loose bun, gorgeous!
Sun or chlorine-damaged hair The sun, chlorine and salt water can wreck havoc on your hair color. Here's how to fix:
1. Wear a hat or bandana (ala Angelina Jolie) in the sun.
2. Invest in sunscreen shampoos and products. There are a ton of new ones on the market, at all prices.
3. Before swimming, rinse hair with tap water. This will cut down on salt and chlorine absorption,
and if she has already tried all of these
...why wont she relax her hair...its not very expensive as well but make sure a professional hair stylest does it for her.....

My hair is frizzy, poofy, and curly. I wash my hair with Garnier Fructis Curl & Shine shampoo and conditioner. To help it lose the frizz never brush your hair. Comb it while in the shower. Always leave your conditioner in your hair for at least three minutes before you rinse. When out of the shower lighty pat your hair with the towel. never twist it like a turban or roughly dry it. Pull it back while getting dressed then use product. If you shower at night, Use a leave-in conditioner (I use Garnier Fructis curl&shine leave-in con.) finger the product through your hair. Now you can either braid it or pull it into a bun on the top of your head until morning then follow the morning directions. If you shower in the morning, use the leave in conditioner first then use Frizz-ease DownPlay. After that, Use a gel to keep in the frizzes and and use a diffuser to dry it.
Never:
use a hair dryer directly on your hair
brush your hair (or comb it with a fine-tooth comb)
wash your hair everyday. Only wash it every 3 days if possible
If this doesn't work take her to a good salon and see what they can do. GOOD LUCK!!!

Sleek. Look. by Matrix...its great...used the shampoo and conditioner with the smoothing serum...blow dry out with a boar bristle round brush and then use the iron smoother to flat iron it...spray it on section by section, not using a lot, just a spray or 2 depending on the length of her hair...and take small sections depending on the thickness of her hair...if her hair is really thick about 1/2 inch sections otherwise about an inch wide section...good luck

Does your friend color her hair? She might want to try Pantene Conditioner - smooth and sleek. I used to have frizzy hair in part because I colored it and when I stopped and started using a good conditioner... my hair was less frizzy. There is also hair serum from John Fredia that should help as well.

if she wants her hair straight, go to the salon and have it straightened. Or you can do it the old fashioned way-go buy a home perm. Follow the directions, except skip the rollong part and just comb it straight. It works!

To straighten it I would tell her to go and buy a Maxi-glide. They are $70, and well worth it. They can make your straight no matter what it looks like before. Or if she wants to keep it curly then use alot alot of gel and hairspray.
