I used so many creams and lotions and face cleanings on my face i even used Acne Free (which is realted to proactive) and NOTHING works at all ! do you no or what i should do or use??

Someone i closely know has this problem too.I've seen on yahoo ans someone writing about a book named "acne free in 3 days" by Chris Gibson and about its dramatic results.As my friend(who has the acne prob) doesn't have a credit card and that book is not available at the place where she lives,it was a use less piece of info for her,so i cant tell you the results.You try that book and do remember to tell me the result.I may be able to help my friend too.

Harley, your answers to other question are grown up and yet not, your mom is NOT your enemy. Tell her about your zit problem, and ask her about "acutane" it is a drug for acne, but produces a lot of side effects. My nephew choose to go through the phase of "ZITS", some teenagers and adults can not endure the emotional repercussions of it. Please have your mom talk to a reputable doctor and let you in on the conversation, for your input, or concerns.

All over the world so much research has been done to curb acne because it makes beautiful faces ugly and full of black prominent spots. Very many researches have been conducted and a few have tasted success. One of them is Acne Complex.

well i have been using Proactiv and so far my face has been zit zone free i still have break outs of course like that time of the month but it is not ugly like before i recommend Proactiv :)

OMG! i have the same problem. What works for me is clean and clear. Clensing mask, Deep Cleaning Astringent and make sure that it has a lot of some type of acid (it'll be the very first one; active ingredients), Dual Action Moisturizer.
those are the three i use and it woks for me.

Try ingesting Vitamin E and keep up with the face cleaning. Also, eat healthier foods-- sounds like you may be eating too much fats.

i have exactly the same problem but so many ppl tell me 2 put AFTERSHAVE on them becos it's an achol... so far it seems2b wrking howeva i now smell like a man!!!!! also at night put sudocreme on them thickly
