I'm not sure i got this question completely right, but I think both people in a relationsip should be even. If she doesn't want you to have girls around you she should do the same with boys. I find this so childish to be honest. Try talking to her and tell her that what she's doing is selfish and you can both have your own friends and they can be of the opposite sex too. It doesn't necessarily mean the other has a reason to be jealous. And don't forget to mention you love her a lot and you don't want to lose her.

She obviously doesn't trust you. At the same time, she expects you to trust her. She's trying to get control of the relationship. Confront her with the meat of your question: How come you can do it and I can't. You either open her eyes, or part ways. It ain't worth it.
Now if she has reason to be cautious of your activities, that's another story. If you have talked to some chick on myspace or any other chat room place, she takes that as a form of cheating because she's insecure. How you gonna cheat on someone 1000 miles away? You'd probably be the same if she chatted with some strange guy. Heck, I would, and I'd want it to stop. Also, the last part of your question, you mentioned you going out with your friends and not both of you. Previously, you were with her and her friends/sister and she felt like she was hiding nothing from you. Plus she has a longer relationship with her sister than with you. You need to be a bit less insecure too. Get into the conversation. Don't let her dominate it, so to speak.

I'd start looking for someone else - maybe a tad less controlling and a tad more compatible.
