Beauty of The Sea

Sitting alone on the beach watching
the tide go out, the water is captivating.
Like liquid glass that reaches far
out into the horizon, it takes my worries
away. Seeing the dolphins playing
under the sun, I watch in awe at the
beauty that has become my sanctuary.
Almost surreal, this time...as if I have
been dropped into a picture on the wall.
Waves crashing all around me, soothing all
fear. I hear a seagull in the distance.A
lonely cry, looking for a friend and I
marvel at the miracle of this place.
If there is a God, He is out in the
roaring of this all powerful thing, in
the beauty and absolute magic of the sea,
where my heart is restored.

I think that poetry is written to please the author. What matters is what you think of your poetry.

No offence, yet fo you recognize what the worldwide Library of Poetry incredibly is or how they habit their company? They made you attempt and purchase their e book, huh? it is somewhat a money making scheme for a employer that makes use of conceitedness publishing as their tactic to get human beings whose paintings has been revealed (i.e. each and every person who sumbits a poem - no poem, no rely how dreadful gets knocked returned). shop writing inspite of the indisputable fact that - the international needs extra poets!

Congratulations on having your work published. Not sure why you want our opinion but here goes;
The imagery is really good, but I personally don't like the way the full stops run over the lines. I feel it could use some work.
I'm studying a BA Hons in English btw which includes poetry.

Poetry is an echo, asking a shadow to dance. (Carl Sandburg)

Did it make you dance? And I agree with another poster-"Just hope your not plagiarizing.

You'll have to fill out the applications yourself, and probably have to take a physical test, of some kind...but, good luck! I'm sure you'd make a good Patrol agent!
