You can keep growing until you are 21 - I added about 4 centimeters during my 20th and 21st year!
Obviously your potential height is predetermined by your genes, but you can maximize your potential by exercising to strengthen your bones and eating healthy foods with lots of calcium to make your bones stronger.
Good luck.
Follow up: milk will not make you fat, especially if you choose low fat or no fat (skim) milk. Just include it in your daily diet (on cereal, in tea or coffee, in puddings.)

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aMXfv , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

They have medicine for all kinds of things. But not for increasing height. Sorry to disappoint you. You will come to accept the way you are as you get older.
You are going on to be sweet 16. You still have some growing years left. You may increase by about 2-3 cms before you are 18. That's about it.
Help your bones to grow by drinking 3-4 cups of milk a day, eating cheese, lots and lots of broccoli. They all contain calcium. DO NOT take Calcium supplements. You are way too young to do things like that.
Good luck.

You may grow a little more, you in that area of ability, but, soon you should reach your limit. I not know of anything that would actually make you taller than what your body and genetics will allow. Now, I too old for you, but, say this so you know. I like a short woman, they feel good in my arms and they can nuzzle their head to my chest. So, I will assume there guys your age that will like you just the way you are. So, do not let this be an irrelevant problem in your life. Give yourself time to "Blossom" then you see what I say.

Alright. You still have some time to grow, so might as well make the best of that time. Athletics is your department here. Do swimming and basketball. Swimming will allow your spine to be straight and it makes easier for the body to build itself. Basketball requires jumping and that will also help your growth rate. Good luck.

My guidance advises me to chorus from answering or responding to questions that would want to incur the belligerent or antagonistic reactions of others (ie: questions touching on faith, politics, or race). My guidance also advises I chorus from providing responses that would want to correctly be construed as chat (ie: almost something on Y!A).

It's called genetics, and you are "pre-destined" to be whatever height you are at birth. Without medical (surgical) intervention, you're stuck. You may or may not grow more...only time will tell.

Hang upside down from your closet.
Don't really- it wont help. There are some growth hormones you can have prescribed to you.
