Im 15 and everytime i go somewhere girls look (stare) at me, some smile and some don't, even the older girls in their 20s do this, what should i do if i wanna go meet one of them?

If you want to go meet some, do it. Introduce yourself, but do not lie about your age! If the girls are looking at you, they are interested in you at least on some level. Accept the compliment for what it is...you are being noticed. No matter what the outcome of meeting some of them, you should be able to learn something from each one, even if you learn what it is that you do NOT want in a girlfriend.

When they smile, smile back. If they keep looking, go over and say hello. You can get a conversation going by asking (non-threatening questions) for example, if it's a party given by, say, a girl called Jane, ask "Are you a friend of Jane?" or "Do you go to college with/work with Jane?" Look for anything that you could use to lead to another question that could establish a connection between you. E.g. she is in a particular club or likes a particular band - do you know someone else in that club that you could ask her if she knows them? What about future events? Is she going to be at one of them? Does she want to go to it with you? Has she ever been to a particular restaurant? Does she want to go there with you? And so on.

Uhm, lol when im 18 now, but When i was 13 this 23 year old hot chick was giving me the eye and stuff, and finally i gave her a smile and she made out with me etc...lol
I wouldn't mess with girls in they're 20's. Go for someone your age. Wink at em, Smile, say hey and talk to them and get to know them man
If you get shy like I was. Your gonna be single for a while..

start by saying "hi" and take it from there. Getting up the nerve to just say hi is the hardest part. Once you have made contact the rest is easier.
