It's never ok to hit anyone . But, I can understand the rage of anger and hurt that would come out after finding out something like this. It would be a total shock . If this has really happened, apologize for hitting her, explain to her it was a full blow to you what she did. Then both of you try to talk about what;'s happened. It would be hard to trust someone who did something like that behind your back i would imagine.

No, it is never ok to hit a girl. If she had an abortion is hitting her going to bring the baby back? Not a chance. Talk to her about why she had the abortion. You may decide that you no longer want to be in a relationship with her because of this, but hitting is not acceptable. You could go to jail for that.

In my opinion, I think that it is in certain situations. Such as; an abortion behind your back, if she is stupid enough to hit you for no reason, (if she is big enough to put herself in the place of a man, then she deserves to be hit like a man.) But it is not okay to just beat woman.

Geez - would you like to be hit??? Probably not - and she might be the type of chick to put your *** in jail for hitting her. Sound like a lovely relationship - perhaps you two should stay as far away from eachother as possible. Really. She had an abortion behind (your?) his back because she didn't think he'd be supportive and would even abuse her. Hitting her only conforms that, and she's less likely to go to him next time. Cry with her, hug her, love her, support her.
If someone is hitting her, she should go to the police and he should get therapy.

It's wrong to hit anyone unless they're threatening you. In your case, if your girlfriend didn't want a baby, then it was her right to have it aborted. You can't tell her what to do with her body.

you shouldn't because then she feels worse then she did already. she probably didn't really want to have an abortion but there was nothing else for her to do. so no it's not ok but she did do that behind your back and thats not right. sorry about that good luck with your problem
